Expired Baby Food

I feel like the world’s worst mother.

I am sick right now (the only one in my house sick currently) and my husband hasn’t been helping me. I am exhausted and feel terrible.

I fed my daughter her Gerber baby food and she ate 2/3rds of the jar. Everything looked normal and smelled normal. She ate it and seemed okay. I had a gut feeling to look at the date before throwing it away and the best by date said 08/31/2024!!!!

Is she going to be okay? I am a FTM and I have am so mad and disappointed in myself. We bought that food not a month ago.

What do I do?!?!
