How do I confront him?

So my husband of 6 years hid a baggy of oxy that he got from the neighbor. To give some insight on his background, this is not the first time it has occurred however, this is the most he has ever came home with. He has a family history of addiction and he himself is an alcoholic and smokes weed every chance he gets. I’m livid and conflicted, he’s using our hard money and he’s not even taking into consideration his family, our 4 year old son and I. He’s lucky that I was the one who found it and not our son. How would you confront someone you loved if you found this out?
