Im confused but scaredd..?

Im just gonna get straight to it…My boyfriend and I had inner course, we had unprotected sex and he did finish in me, later after I felt like watery come out of my vagina when I sat up, And I believe it was the sperm from the smell, my question is why does this happen ? And should I still take a plan b even tho the sperm “came out”?
