Husband keeps reinstalling Snapchat when I’m not around

For my own reasons, I check my husbands search history while he’s away at work. He knows I don’t like Snapchat and I’ve told him to please not use it, again for my own reasons. It seems everytime he goes away for a business trip, he’s on Snapchat when he gets back to the hotel. Before anyone tells me to stop going through his history, could you please tell me am I the bad guy for asking him not to use an app but he uses it when I’m not around? It makes me sick because I’ve told him many times and yet he still uses it when I’m not there. Any advice?
