Positive OPK 5-6DPO?

With my prior pregnancy I found out 3 days before my period was due with an HCG of 82 which would mean I implanted 10-12 days PRIOR.

I have twins and 3 singletons, my ovulation is sporadic.

Started testing but immediately ran out of tests and bought more days later- can anyone shed light?
