8w pregnant and in pain

My abdomen, and especially my lower abdomen, like half way below my belly button is super sore, and super painful if pushed or pressed on. It hurts enough that im not able to move quite as well as normal. Even walking makes it ache. My bf jokes its because theres 3 in there, but im pretty sure its just one, he just wants it to be 3 lol. Our ultrasound is tomorrow and next appointment is in a week. This is my 7th pregnancy, but would be my 5th baby if i dont misscarry. Im not cramping, not spotting or bleeding, and its not isolated to either side. Dr office said its probably muscles adjusting and to drink water, and get seen if it get worse. Has anyone else experiencd similar? And what was it?
