Creepy coworker?

I have this coworker that i was being friendly with, we talk here and there. But ive let him know that i am not interested in him, only as friends. And i will tell him to not talk to me if hes going to flirt w me. Theres been times where he would walk past my department, or be in my department. And he would expect me to glance at him everytime, say hi to him everytime even when im busy as heck. But i dont usually say hi to him, or even look at him w me being busy w my own things. Sometimes i would just smile, and do my own thing. He gets mad at me, and would come up to me every SINGLE TIME, and rant about why i hate him so much, why im such a hater. Today he came up to me out of no where, pointed at me, and shouted out hell no. Im getting so annoyed by him now, what should i do, ignore him, or report him?
