Please give me some insight, Proov strips

So I had a positive if not peak opk on CD 17 along with moderate cramping & ewcm for a few days, which really makes me think I ovulated around those days. I got the Proov kit to try and confirm if ovulation happened. (Never used these before, so it’s the first test) My PDG level read as a 7.0, does this look positive? I guess my question is can one positive PDG test over a 5 mean you ovulated? Hubby & I had a slip up the day after positive opk, so I took a plan b 24 hours later. I’m just so nervous I had already ovulated & the plan b won’t work…
