Vaginal itching

Could somebody just reassure me until I know something.. I’ve been itching for a month and a half in my citrous area especially and inside the hole every now and then and my anus.. but I’ve been std tested and nothing.. and for yeast infection bv etc.. nothing I’ve been reading up online and the next thing up could be lichen sclerosis and I’m terrified could it actually not be that and be something else like idk I’m already a big over-thinker I can’t wait to get to the doctor
