10 day missed period Negative Pregnancy Test

Anyone have an interesting pregnancy journey?

My period have been 10 days late today, and I keep testing and the test is still negative. Haven’t get a blood test or see my doctor since I don’t have Medicare and also no money. Just been having a sore breast for past couples of days, no cramping or anything (I don’t even have cramps when I have my period) but my discharge have been heavy. I’ve been taking test and keep getting negative test. Been trying to convince for almost 1 year now. Sometimes I do feel a little tingles. Other then that no pregnancy symptoms.
