Sterilisation problems!

Hey yall ,

So i had a bilateral salpingectomy and die to having heavy period after that my gynae has put a mirena in. I have been having constant pain and hectic cramps to a point where i cant deal with it no longer , every month i have left side ovary pain and just taking S5 pain medication. Anyone going through this and know what i can do to make this better , my gynae keeps saying it might be constipation but im not to sure
