Swollen clit and hood after oral

My boyfriend gave me oral sex last night and did some pretty rough sucking. Afterwards my hood was almost triple in size and burns. Today the swelling went down a little bit but I noticed that my clot is also swollen and not being covered by the hood. There are also some cuts/tears around where the fold should be. How long will this last? I don’t really have the time or money to go to the gynecologist, so is there anything I can do to treat at home?
