Would you be annoyed with your husband constantly bailing out his jerkwad friend

My husband has a guy he has been friends with since 2nd grade. He is kind of the worst sometimes. He's an addict and has been since he was 13. He also just seems mentally 15. Like he never grew up. He acts like a high school freshman. He literally put gum in hair 5 years ago.... When he was 26. He's always asking my husband to bail him out like when he lied to his ex girlfriend about being over our house. He was doing drugs and told my husband to tell her he's there. My husband gets annoyed with him but still bails him out. Their entire friends group sees him as the asshole friend who just gets joy out of riling people up.

He came by today to tell my husband his parole officer was less than 10 minutes away and he needs his piss. My husband goes "I thought you were sober." Friend said "No you didn't. You know me. You're my best friend. I really need your piss." My husband did it .... He pissed in a bottle for him... Like oh my God his friend is never going to learn and will continue being useless to society.
