This is A Natural remedy my grandmother passed along that worked for me once & never had the issue again .. use at your discretion 
Boil an onion and garlic clove with minimal water .. use the juices on a sanitary napkin or tampon wear for like 4-5 days or until it completely clear and it shouldn’t reoccur for a while

Just take the tablet for thrush in combination with the  suppository or cream ￼and make sure you clean anything that comes into contact with your vagina or labia if the infection is bad than you may need to buy anti fungal wash for your clothes specifically your underwear, and treat any partners with the anti fungal tablet if they are the reason you keep getting fungal over growths, there is some evidence that a diet heavy in sugar has the potential to throw out your micro biome.￼
