We have been together 5 months and lately he has been talking to be like he’s my fwb. Mostly sexual stuff and our texts is based on sex now when it wasn’t before. Can this still lead to marriage and kids in the future? Or does it sound like he’s just using me for sex? What should I do about this?

You are only 5 months in. If hes showing you this side now, then this is the most youre going to get. You can talk to him about it, maybe he will put more effort in for a while, but this is what its going to fall back to. And then what about when you cant have sex. Like when you give birth? Have you said anything to him about this? Do you shut down the strictly sexual conversations or do you just go along with it? If you havent told him how you feel about it then he probably things this is how you want it to be too. Talk to him. Tell him you need more in a relationship and a partner than just sex. You need a PARTNER. You need real non sexual intimacy. You need dates, real life conversations, little pieces about his day, etc. Whatever it is that you need that he isnt providing. Ask him if this is how he expects being with you is going to be, and if he isnt willing to change for the better of your relationship then leave and find someone that will treat you the way you deserve.

It could but you need to stand up for yourself. You have tell him that you want to talk about other things and you want to DO other things. And most of all you can’t be willing to settle. You have to be willing to leave if he doesn’t take you serious or if his intentions aren’t serious.
