Weight gain after removal?
Has anyone had weight gain after having their iud removed? I had mirena, no side effects, insertion was easy, it was great. Got it removed as Im hoping to ttc and I've gained like 16lbs in 3 months 😭😂 not changed anything else like diet, exercise ect.
Any supplements/vitamins that I can take to help get back to normal?
