Hot Yoga Yay or Nay?
Conflicted on hot yoga in the first trimester. We’re talking anywhere from 97 degrees to 103 degrees. I’ve read it’s not good over 102 degrees, and other things say no hot yoga at all….but I love hot yoga and do so much of it so I feel like my body is used to it! Of course I’m not doing it until I do more research. Just curious if there are other hot yogis out there and what you’re doing/have done?
