Confused
Hi ladies! I’m facing a little weight loss problem now. I’m usually pretty thin, but I wanted to get 1-2 kilos off after the holidays. I wanted the weight off as fast as possible so I hopped on a pretty strict calorie deficit. 1000-1200 cals a day (I tracked everything) with a bit of pilates every day and gym 2-3 times a week (heavy leg sessions). Today I weighed myself for the first time in those two weeks and the scale didn’t move??? Please tell me my scale is broken or something T-T
