Help 9 weeks pregnant and this came out when I peed

Im 9 weeks and I just got checked at ER two days ago because I was having some light bleeding with mucus everything was fine at that exam and ultrasound they did… today I went to the bathroom and before I was going to flush I noticed this floating in the toilet what is it? Or what could it be?
