Threw up after plan b

I was super drunk this guy and I had sex and he came in me. Is it possible to get pregnant I took the pill right after but the night before he came in me and then in morning but I took the pill but I was throwing up like 20 mins after bc I was hung over. I threw up a few times and some of it kinda looked like pieces of the pill in a way.
