When should I test ?

My period was due on the 18 th my cycle is about a 33 day cycle I had a appointment with my gyn on the 8th and they took a test but that may have been to early I been having cramps off and on but not to bad I’ve been peeing every 20 mins Omgg and have been eating a lot lately can my cycle just be changing? My nipples also been sore but it’s off and on

You can take a test now. Anytime you are late for your period you can take a test

Update : it’s CD 41 still no sign of af I’m 8 days late still getting cramps off and on everyday n back pain for the last couple of hours I been having chills n hot and cold flashes n I keep feeling little fluttering in my stomach I did not re do a test yet I was gonna wait till I was at least 10 days late

Yeah the 8th would've been too soon as everyone else has been telling you. The earliest any first response test will work is like 11 dpo(in my experience i got my first positive 11 dpo) So if your period is late and you have a few early symptoms you are safe to have an accurate home test.
