Birth Control Options

So question is, what is everyone using for birth control? I have been on the pill for a long time but get constant spotting so I’ve stopped taking it for a couple of weeks and I feel a lot better, like I’m actually horny now 🙈 I don’t really want to go back on it if I can avoid it but also don’t want to just use condoms. I’m a bit hesitant to try the rod as I know of so many people that just bleed all the time and have issues with it.

So any advice would be great. Thanks!!
