Please help!

What would you do ? I have a 10 year old from my ex husband. He has pretty much been absent her entire life, she’s seen him about 4 times total. Well I made a HUGE mistake when we were going through our divorce proceedings and had him talk me into paying child support to me directly. (He was emotionally abusive and manipulative in our marriage). Now it’s like pulling teeth to get him to pay, I have to blow his phone up for him to pay and he missed a a few payments without telling me. I’m SO tired of doing this. My husband said I should let it go, but it’s not fair !!! He should have to pay some support for her! I want to go to the court house and put in a modification so that it can go through the courts automatically and I don’t have to communicate with him at all. Also, I asked him for an increase bc he’s been paying the same amount for 10 years and he gave me $5 extra one payment and stopped.

I really want to let this go, but it seems unfair and I can’t shake it. What would you do ?
