Get my period stopped

Hey yall! so of course ive been battling my PCOS my whole life, after the birth of my son nearly 3 years ago now (02/25/22), my periods have been the absolute worst. my periods are so sporadic and LONG! im talking like 2 months+ long and then not having one for another 2+ months. talk about UGH!

anyways im currently having one of those where i bked for like a month straight, had 2 weeks of no bleeding and noe im back to bleeding. what can i do to get it to stop and any tips on helping my period be regular? when i was ttc for my son, i lost 60lbs doing keto and was taking prenatals in order to help my uterus prepare well in advance for a baby and 8 months after my first miscarriage i got pregnant again with him and my periods were very clock work back then.

do prenatals help regulate your cycles? i am also down 30lbs, i was 272 feb 2024, and now i weigh 246 and still actively losing by doing a lower carb diet, but not exactly keto.
