BBT Help ( Am I Out this Month)

My period is supposed to start on the 31st. I got my peak on the 16th using LH tests. My temp seems to be going up and down. We were only able to baby dance right before LH surge. Test today was negative. Am I out this month. Not sure what I’m supposed to look for on this chart. Any help is appreciated.
