He said yes!!!

Honestly I'm wondering if this is how men feel when their girlfriend says yes. I proposed to my boyfriend. I had asked if I should do it in public vs private and decided to go for private. He did not have a good childhood. His parents were horrible, foster parents weren't great and then the people who adopted him abused him. He also contracted HIV in his childhood from abuse so he has always believed he didn't deserve love which is why I knew he would struggle to propose because he genuinely believes peoples lives are better without him. . He honestly was confused at first but I told him I want to be with him forever. And I'll continue to walk through hell with him.

Obviously his ring probably isn't the prettiest but I think I did well shopping for male engagement rings. Don't judge the Christmas tree we still have not taken down haha❤️❤️❤️❤️
