12 weeks pregnant and bleeding?

I’m 12 weeks pregnant and bleeding with light cramping. I called an advice nurse and was told to monitor bleeding for 2 days. Has anyone else experienced this? And had a good outcome? I’m so nervous and scared.

I was bleeding at 12 weeks at they found a SCH and now 2 days later and it’s browning. I had one my last pregnancy too and it resolved on its own! As long as bleeding only lasts for a day or so and no intense cramping or big clots then it might just be a SCH

I haven’t experienced bleeding, but I’m 10 weeks pregnant. I had some earlier on in the pregnancy and everyone told me that it was unlikely pregnancy will continue, had a reassurance scan and baby was absolutely fine!
Might be worth booking in a scan (a private one) to get it checked for your ease of mind?
