Update on bird I raised

She talks, she can say her name and tell you that she’s a bird! She flies in and out of her cage on demand. She’s incredibly smart and my little bestie. If it’s the first time you’ve seen her, someone found her on the ground as a baby after her nest had been destroyed in a storm and called me to take her, and I’ve raised her up from a bald little baby because of the fact that she would have been euthanized for being an invasive species in the wildlife rescue, so now she just invades my wallet and home. her species (starlings) are widely kept as pets and live longer in captivity than they do in the wild.
