Twins did i really miscarry ?

I’ve been in and out the hospital for days . When I went to the ER I was told they have found two baby sacks and when I went today do a different at the ER (3:30) am and I wasn’t bleeding just cramps diarrhea….. and I was told they were only able to see once sack unfortunately….. and they also said it might be too soon to noticed since I’m 5weeks they also said i could’ve miscarry the other baby but I didn’t bleed I’m sad confused I’m loosing it I was excited for my twins and now I’m more high risk ….

I ate something that wasn’t good caused me food poisoning really bad I couldn’t eat or get up I was going through a lot at once …. Need yaw advice and help ….
