Hi everyone ,TTC for 2yrs now with PCOS,anovulation and insulin resistance .

I had an appointment with my gynecologist/ob last week Monday she checked if there’s a follicle for ovulation this month and luckily I got one on my left ovaries but it wasn’t up to the needed size yet so she asked me to come back on Wednesday by then the follicle will be full size, mind you am on letrozol,by Wednesday last week I checked in and I was ready for my HCG shot my question is when can I start testing for pregnancy,I baby danced Wednesday to Friday and is there anything I need to be doing to be more lucky while am waiting?
