Do you think my boyfriend lied to me?

My boyfriend told me he couldn’t see me today because he had to drive his family member off somewhere. He always makes time for me on my days off from work. I find it shady he would make me up this excuse. You think he lied to me but he was with another girl instead? He didn’t even sext with me when he got home and he always sexts me every day. So do you think he was really with another woman? If he didn’t sext me he probably got sex from somewhere else. This isn’t fair to me! He always makes time for me all the time but now he made up this excuse. Did he lie to me?
