Do you all get extra ultrasounds?

Question

My pregnancy is labeled high risk due to APS & iron deficiency anemia. My last scan was the 20 week anatomy scan & before that the NT scan.

I think it varies on the hospital mostly and the doctor for how many ultrasound you receive regardless of being high risk or not. Depending on the reason too for why you are high risk is a factor of how many you will receive as well. 
I apologize in advance for the long comment.
I had a bunch of ultrasounds with my first son who I was not high risk with because it was a small hospital and they had a portable ultrasound cart that he used at every appointment. 
I became high risk for all future pregnancies after receiving some blood transfusions after my first son’s birth. Long story short I had gotten into a bad car accident at 29 week and he sadly passed not long after he was born due to his injuries.
With both my 1st daughter’s and 2nd son’s pregnancies we moved around a little during both so for the times I was with my first ob at the small hospital it was the every appointment but once we moved they decreased a lot because they were at bigger hospitals. 
With this pregnancy (2nd daughter) I’m 17 week and I’ve had only one so far. I ended up switching ob’s with this one from the beginning because of previous birth experience with my second and third at the hospital they were born at. I am currently scheduled for 2 ultrasounds 10 days apart. So they are already doing things a lot different than the other big hospital did.
