Spotting and positive outcomes anyone?

I have been spotting since I was 5 weeks, I’m now 6 weeks and 3 days. I have high HCG that is rising beautifully and two ultrasounds that show baby in uterus high up. Yet every-time I wipe I see brown discharge. Sometimes it’s light other times it’s dark. It’s been 11 days. I even had one day where it was pretty reddish but that stopped. 
I’m so confused on what’s going on. Doctors don’t seem too concerned but I fear this will end badly anyone else spot for a while and have good outcomes.

I had this due to a subchorionic haematoma and bled from 5-10weeks in my last pregnancy. That baby is now a happy healthy two year old!

I had an SCH with my first pregnancy, I had spotting from around 6 weeks until 10 weeks and it resolved on its own. It was scary especially since it was my first pregnancy but I did get a lot of extra ultrasounds so they could monitor the SCH. My son was born healthy and is 9 years old now.

I had this with all three of my heathy pregnancies! It’s super annoying because it cause so much worry
