Possibleto be pregnant?

I am almost 27 and have pcos. I have irriegular periods and havent had a period since October 2024. As it now February 1st. Normaly when my periods do show up they are anywhere between the 10th and 27th of the month. i had sex with my boyfriend the first week of January. Multiple times multiple days in a row. Is it possible for me to be pregnant? For the passed weekish i have had really bad migraines, extream bloating, urinating more, moody, and rxtream fatigue. Thoughts or opinions? I did take a test that seems to be neg but still may be too early?
