Twins??

Question

Hi they found two corpus luteum on right ovary at 7 weeks pregnant but the ultrasound tech looked for awhile she only told me about one baby!! And then I find out that’s a chance of fraternal twins, I’m like did she miss one or did one get reabsorbed bc I swear this whole time I’ve been saying I think it’s twins … she gives me the picture and WHY DOES IT LOOK LIKE MONO TWINS

If the baby is the thing on the left wtf is on the right??
