Severely sick and pregnant- urgent care?

I’m just shy of 21 weeks pregnant. My husband had a quick and painless cold that he spread to me but of course, it has skyrocketed with my lack of immune system. I’ve had post-nasal drip since the 2 pink lines appeared so that doesn’t help. But my cold which appeared to be getting better, suddenly took a turn for the worse. I have had a wet, deep cough now for a couple of days that produces mucus and a constant runny nose that has left me with the worst head congestion I’ve ever had.

I haven’t slept in about 3 days because even with OB-approved cough medicines, it’s not working and I’m up all night hacking up my lungs. My throat feels raw from all the coughing and my head is pounding every time I cough- which is about once every minute.

Nothing is working and I’m afraid my cold has maybe escalated to bronchitis. Or maybe even something else. I had Covid with my last pregnancy and just rode it out but this seems way worse. Doesn’t help I have a toddler to chase around. What the heck do I do!? Does anyone go through something similar and have advice?? Thank you! 😭
