I tested positive for pregnancy on February 1st, but today my ultrasound didn’t show anything. However, my blood test still came back positive for pregnancy. What could be the possible reasons for this?

If you're just getting a positive test you're likely too early for an ultrasound. At 6 weeks they can sometimes see a yolk sac and fetal pole and that's about as early as it gets. Around here they normally won't even do one before 8 weeks because baby is too small.
