Implantation cramps or reg?

Hi guys, so I’m expecting my period sometime this week Maybe next week? I did the baby dance and shortly after ovulated (from my knowledge)

I’ve been having back pain a lot, and recently having cramps. Normally with my periods they are heavily on the hips but this just feels different ? I don’t know how to explain it. I’ve never experienced implantation bleeding or anything but I just wanna know if anyone else has had something like this and found out they were pregnant after? I’ve taken tests but all negative. The cramps have been on and off for a few days now.

I’m using this image as a reference to like where I feel it. Sometimes it’s on my left but mainly it’s on my right.

The red is where it normally is and lasts longer, the yellow is where it sometimes goes but not often enough.

I’ve also been very tired like very very, I get enough sleep and I’m not over exercising at all.

Thoughts?
