Identical or Faternal?

The doctor told me that they are twins but I’m wondering if they are identical or fraternal? Is it too soon to know?

Genetic testing is the only way to know. Sometimes fraternal are hard to spot (think Mary-Kate and Ashley) but they’re likely fraternal.  Especially with two sacs/placentas. Definitely do the NIPT. It tells you.

Im going to go out on a limb and say they are fraternal as it looka like 2 separate embryos, but i could be wrong?

It looks like they’re likely di-di twins, which can go either way. If they are di-di, I believe the only way to know for sure would be genetic testing after they’re born. But fraternal are more common than identical.
