Blighted ovum or too early?

I went for an early scan at 5+6/6+0 and we found a health gestation sac and healthy looking yolk sac but no fetal pole. I have a tilted uterus and I read it can be hard to see the fetal pole with that? Not sure if it’s true or not. Also my hcg has been highhhhhh. So I really thought I might see a multiple but Instead we saw nothing.

So my question do I need to guard my heart or were we just too early. I did iui so my dates should be pretty spot on.

No bleeding. Decent cramping but I have cramped since like day 6po.

I’d love to hear your stories. Good or bad. We will be moving on to ivf if this doesn’t work out.
