Too much blood in uterus

Hi I'am 36y/o. I miscarried December2023 at 6wks4days. It took me 13 months to get pregnant again. I tested due to sore boobs and fatigue, which was a BFP. I ended up going into the hospital to get checked just because I was scared, which ended up not being good news. I was told I had more blood then normal in my uterus, which was bigger then gestational sac. Doc said it could go either way miscarriage or successful pregnancy. Has anyone dealt with this? Iam now 6wks1day... 6 more days to go till next ultra sound.
