Mastitis or just clogged duct?

I have had a lot of pain and tenderness on my right boob for probably about 16 hours now. Last night I figured it was just a clogged duct but I woke up with a lot of lower body aches and weakness, and now chills. I also have some redness in the affected side, but it’s difficult to tell if there is any swelling, it does feel firm compared to other side. Just checked my temp and it was 99, so no fever. I’ve been breastfeeding for 8 months and have had clogged ducts before but those felt more like a hard lump that went away after 24-48 hours and I don’t have a noticeable lump, just pain on about half of breast.

Not sure if I should wait it out for another day or go to urgent care.
