My daughter comes home with broken glasses

It’s really pissing me off at this point. She wouldn’t tell me how it broke the first time back in December I think is the first time her glasses broke, I had to buy a new one cause insurance wouldn’t cover it, now today she come home it’s broken again I think in the same way. This time her glasses actually flex! Her teacher said her gym teacher said that she said the ball hit her face and it broke. Honestly I don’t believe it I feel like she is getting bullied and she has autism I don’t want to bother her and ask her again how did it break she’s not going to tell me if I ask her hopefully on her own. But at this point I’m fed up with the school because why are they not watching her. She’s been wearing glasses since preschool this never happened in preschool she’s in kindergarten now only 5 months into the school her glasses are broken twice and she had 2 other incidents with 2 other students… maybe I’m just venting but it’s upsetting cause I can’t see what’s going on at school and she won’t tell me anything unless if she wants to and she’s a sweet girl why is her glasses always broken 🤦‍♀️ I don’t wear glasses so idk what it’s like to wear glasses at school.
