Thought I was around 7 weeks 1 or 2 days

So I thought I was over the 7 weeks and went to a private ultrasound place today and they are measuring 6 weeks 5 days… but that would mean I found out before I was even 3 weeks pregnant and found out literally a few days after I even conceived this is the scan from this morning… what do ye think ?
