I need to get out

I got married a little over a year ago, and i need to get out. I cant even think of where to begin, but its verbal and emotional abuse. He was charged on my birthday with 4 things, i was sent to hospital with two black eyes, bruises and a fractured forearm, very bad swelling and a scar on the side of my face and some other minor scrapes. Since then he went through the court process and all togetherserved 90 days. I thought he learned and he played the part at first but now its very different. Constant threats to beat me over any.and everything, like i had my friend drop off some stuff as she had no where to go, he feels shes taking advantage and thinks i was sneaking around with her while he was in jail so he fights with me over.the stuff thats in my mothers garage and tells me if i dont get it out by x date he will beat me. I dont want to.take up.space in a shelter but.i. feel its the.only way
