6 week ??

Last period January 8, day of ovulation January 29, positive test February 13, today BHCG test = 264, ultrasound no gestational sac, what is happening!!

I’m close to you. I haven’t gotten a beta test yet but last period Jan 14, I think I prob ovulated near the 31st (not sure, cycles have been 32+ days long) and I got a positive on feb 14
I had a scan today and found a gestational sac and start of a yolk sac but no baby 😩

If you just got a positive 5 days ago you’re not 6 weeks. You probably ovulated late and are between 3-4 weeks which explains why your hcg is in the 200s. At 6 weeks youd be in the thousands or tens of thousands and would have got a positive 2 weeks ago!
