I had an MMC on Jan 27, got a negative HCG test at the hospital 3 days later, and now I’m getting very strong positive test. But I haven’t had a period so I’m confused how do I calculate my due date when I haven’t had a period? I have an OB appointment tomorrow but I’m dying of the wait
