Period late - on vacation this week
I have been on vacation since last Wednesday and my period was supposed to start on Monday. It’s Wednesday so it’s about 3 days late. Does travel effect period cycles? I am ALWAYS regular so I’m a little worried. Thank you!
I should add - I am in the same time zone and it was a 3 hour flight with no stress as everything went smoothly. No change to diet, but I am walking a bit more?
