Shoulder pain

Hi everyone I'm 5 weeks pregnant and the last 2-3 hours I've been having some pains in my shoulder I dont really know how to explain the pain but it's noticeable there but not excruciating, of course when you look anything up online it gives worse case scenario which has panicked me im not sure if im just being anxious or if its something to worry about I dont have any other problems no bleeding or anything just period like cramps which i have had since before I tested positive I did try to ring my maternity hospital but I was left on hold for an hour and 50
