Still crampy

Anyone else still having cramps? I’m 8w4d today and I’ve had on and off cramping since before I got a positive test 4ish weeks ago. I’ve just noticed the cramping pick up in the past 2 days, it just seems like it’s all the time and even position changes don’t help much. No bleeding at all but I’m convinced every time I go to the bathroom that I’ll see blood and this will all be over. I had an US a week ago and baby was measuring 3 days ahead and HR was 166. I just thought by this point the cramping would be done. I don’t remember being crampy for so long with my other healthy pregnancies. I’ve had 3 losses (ectopic, miscarriage at 6 weeks, and chemical) so my anxiety is high and the cramping doesn’t help put my mind at ease.
